Terms and conditions

Clear, simple, and client-first. These terms are designed to protect both you and us, ensuring your event runs smoothly with no surprises. From booking to delivery, we keep everything transparent so you can focus on enjoying the experience.

1. Booking & Payment
  • Bookings are confirmed only after a deposit is received.

  • The remaining balance must be paid before or on the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Cancellation & Refunds
  • Cancellations made within 14 days or more before the event may be eligible for a partial refund of the deposit.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.

  • If an event is rescheduled, we will make every effort to accommodate the new date.

3. Service Delivery
  • Edited photos/videos are delivered within 2-3 working days after the event.

  • Clients receive a secure, cloud-based gallery for easy viewing, downloading, and sharing.

  • Same-day delivery (if applicable) is available as an add-on service.

4. Client Responsibilities
  • The client must ensure the venue allows photography, videography and power-usage.

  • Any necessary permits or approvals are the client’s responsibility.

5. Rights & Usage
  • We retain copyright of all photos and videos unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Clients are granted a license for personal use, sharing, and printing.

  • Images may be used for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

6. Liability & Equipment Care
  • We set up and operate the photobooth and photography equipment safely and professionally.

  • The client and their guests are expected to treat all equipment with care.

  • The client will only be held responsible for damages caused by the client or their guests through misuse, negligence, or intentional actions.

  • Normal wear and tear, technical faults, or issues beyond the client’s control will not be charged to the client.

  • In case of damage caused by guests, the client agrees to cover the reasonable cost of repair or replacement.

7. Privacy & Data Protection
  • All client data and event media are handled with confidentiality.

  • Cloud galleries are secure and password-protected.

  • We do not share content with third parties without client consent.
